Springhill / Gutz
Springhill is Scandinavia’s leading importer and wholesaler with several brands and among them is Gutz.
Brief
I came in as a marketing consultant when the brand was pretty new. The client’s plan was to hire a full time coordinator, but until then they needed some extra support.
Solution
The project lasted 10 weeks and during that time I managed to bring the brand back to basic. Starting with a new communication platform and graphical manual, I then could produce new material both on web and in print. A new website in two languages was made using Magento, where I led the project and wrote all copy with SEO. Gutz also got a template for e-newsletters, SMO, SEO, recommendations for online ad spaces and campaign ideas.
Result and learnings
Gutz finally have a brand platform and the staff are familiar with vision and words of value. All material reaching the customer has a clear connection to the brand. By making a new keyword analysis and changing all text online the site is climbing those search results!
Toughest challenge was working with Finnish text and posting it online. The language is so different from Swedish (or any other language I know) so it is like working blindfolded.
